Inside Dubhe: a journey into the heart of excellence and service

On Thursday, the 23rd ofOctober, Dubhe opened the doors of its Piedmont headquarters to welcome customers and partners to Inside Dubhe.

The event was designed with the aim of providing an in-depth look at the organisation, the people and the values that guide Dubhe every day in building an efficient, high-quality service focused on complete customer satisfaction.

The initiative brought together over40 customers from southern and central Italy, as well as from some EasternEuropean countries, reflecting the group's growing international presence and the trust it has earned over the years in the market.

Over the course of two days,Thursday and Friday, guests had the opportunity to visit Dubhe's logistics facility and meet the people who manage orders, technical assistance and commercial consulting on a daily basis. The visit continued at the group's facilities in Carmagnola, where the departments dedicated to the regeneration of end-of-life engines and the assembly of new engines - the beating heart of Dubhe's production chain, are located.


There was also time for conviviality and discovery of the local area, with a wine tasting in the Barolo region -a symbol of excellence and craftsmanship, values that fully reflect Dubhe philosophy.

A prominent role was also given to strategic partner Rheinmetall, which, through its Pierburg and KS brands, contributes daily to strengthening the group's technical and commercial offering. During the event, a Pierburg specialist technician held a technical training session focused on harmful emissions control and system thermal management - key topics for the sustainable evolution of the sector.

The event proved to be not only an opportunity to showcase the group's solidity and growth, but also a moment of dialogue and discussion between customers, sales representatives and area managers.

With Inside Dubhe, the company confirms its development path and commitment to sustainable growth, based on strong relationships, logistical investments and a constant customer focus: the true drivers of the group's future.
